Vet Nurse

Courtney has been nursing since 2020 and has loved every minute of it. Courtney started nursing as she has a strong passion for animals and helping those in need. At home, Courtney has 2 Maltese, Mia and Max, a nanday conure named Lou, and a cat named Gizmo. Gizmo has a strong place in Courtney’s heart as he was brought home at 3 days old and nursed back to health. He quickly became part of the family. In Courtney’s spare time she enjoys dancing and competing at many competitions in QLD, or playing netball!

Dr. Gracen Mason

Senior Associate Veterinarian

Dr Gracen Mason knew she wanted to help animals from childhood and graduated from a Bachelor of Veterinary Science at James Cook University in 2017. She has returned to Queensland in 2022, after working in the UK and is excited to join the Ipswich Vet Team.

Gracen is a self-confessed cat lady and she and her partner have 3 cats at home. Lance, Australian born and very sassy, as well as their 2 failed-foster cats from England, Scoot and Zodi, who they couldn’t bear to leave behind.

At work, Gracen enjoys meeting and getting to know families and their pets and the problem solving involved when patients can’t simply tell you what is wrong. She is passionate about patient care and strives to make sure your pets feel as comfortable and loved in the clinic as they would at home.

Outside of work she enjoys reading, arts and craft and spending time in nature.

Elise – VN

Vet Nurse

Elise became a vet nurse because of a deep passion for animals. At home Elise shares her space with her lovely, crazy little babies, Remy and Goose. They remind her of the value and gift of having pets and keep her on her toes!
