Dr Scott Campbell BVSc (Hons) M.A.C.V.Sc, D.A.C.V.N
Director VeterinarianScott graduated from University of Queensland in 1994 and originally worked at Booval for 2 years from 1999. He then worked in the UK and US where he gained his Membership in Small Animal Medicine and became a Diplomate of the American College in Small Animal Nutrition. In 2007 he returned home and rejoined the team where many clients still remembered his friendly, approachable manner and his absolute dedication to pet care. Dr. Scott is an avid traveller and motorbike rider and at home is kept busy with his twin girls and son, plus Cassidy the cat who has a malformed front leg.
Dr Emily Godden
Senior Associate & Graduate Mentor VeterinarianDr. Emily Godden joined the team in 2024 and has proven herself to be an empathetic and professional Veterinarian. As of 2025 Dr. Emily has been appointed to the position of Senior Associate & Graduate Mentor Veterinarian. Emily can be seen at any of our clinic locations but most regularly at our Karalee Clinic & Booval Vet Hospital overseeing new graduate vets and handling more complex procedures and cases.
Teejay Hani
General Manager – Ipswich Vet GroupTeejay comes from a background in business management with over 20 years of experience managing teams in retail, hospitality and travel. Teejay brings a passion for people and animals to our clinics and a focus on customer service and patient care. On any given day Teejay will make his way between our clinics, there to help our staff, you and your pets.
Morgan – VN
Operations Manager - Ipswich Vet GroupMorgan has always been animal crazy so vet nursing was really the only career she ever wanted to pursue. What she really loves is sharing that craziness with the clients as they welcome her into their lives; and passing on every bit of knowledge she has so that pet owners can feel confident as fur parents! Morgan is a Department Head and the Nurse Team Supervisor for Ipswich Vet Group.
Tahlia
Vet NurseTahlia joined the Ipswich Vet Group team in 2025 as a vet nurse. Tahlia is always working hard to support our entire medical team. You can regularly find Tahlia and her beaming smile helping pets at any of our 3 clinic locations.
Amy G
Shift Team Leader - Reception & Nursing (Currently on Secondment - Operations Manager)Amy joined our team from the dentistry industry in 2022 and quickly showed her medical and customer service skills were very adaptable to the pet health care industry. Over the course of the next 4 years, Amy would transition from receptionist to senior receptionist before making her way into vet nursing, where she quickly became an integral part of the team and is now a Shift Team Leader for Ipswich Vet Group. Amy is currently on secondment to the position of Operations Manager and oversees the teams for all locations, providing support and guidance. Amy is a highly empathetic nurse, and leader, providing a gold standard of care and customer service each and every day. Amy has a passion for pets and people which is why she is such an amazing member of our team!
Dr. Tara Gray
Associate VetDr. Tara Gray joined the Ipswich Vet Group team in 2026 and has quickly proven to be a skilled, empathetic, passionate and professional Veterinarian. Dr. Tara can be found at any of our clinic locations providing a Gold Standard of patient care every day, but can be seen most often at Karalee Vet Clinic.
Baylee
Senior Vet NurseBaylee is a Senior Vet Nurse for Ipswich Vet Group, and is regularly found working t our Karalee Clinic. Baylee can always be found with a big smile on her face while she looks after all our patients with the greatest level of care.
Tegan
Senior Receptionist (Vet Nurse)Tegan joined Ipswich Vet Group team in 2022 as a receptionist at Booval Vet Hospital, and made her way to Senior Receptionist. Tegan now brings her positive and uplifting energy to our nursing and reception area as she transitions into the role of vet nurse and brings calm to our team on a daily basis.
Dr. Gracen Mason
Director VeterinarianDr Gracen Mason knew she wanted to help animals from childhood and graduated from a Bachelor of Veterinary Science at James Cook University in 2017. She has returned to Queensland in 2022, after working in the UK and is excited to join the Ipswich Vet Team.
Gracen is a self-confessed cat lady and she and her partner have 3 cats at home. Lance, Australian born and very sassy, as well as their 2 failed-foster cats from England, Scoot and Zodi, who they couldn’t bear to leave behind.
At work, Gracen enjoys meeting and getting to know families and their pets and the problem solving involved when patients can’t simply tell you what is wrong. She is passionate about patient care and strives to make sure your pets feel as comfortable and loved in the clinic as they would at home.
Outside of work she enjoys reading, arts and craft and spending time in nature.
Sienna
ReceptionistSienna joined our reception team in 2025 and has already quickly become a wonderfully supportive member for our team and clients. Sienna can be found on our reception desks at any of our clinics providing support and assistance to our clients and their pets making appointments or while waiting to see our team of vets and nurses.
